Online eligibility and claims status
Texas Children’s Health Plan offers a
Web-based eligibility and claims status system where providers
can view claims status and verify member eligibility in real
time.
Provider TouCHPoint allows providers the ability to view the same
information as that available TCHP computer systems. By logging
onto the Internet and
Provider TouCHPoint provider offices can access this information without
speaking to a Member Services representative.
Provider computers must have
Internet Explorer 5.0 or higher, with 128-bit encryption
installed on a Windows-based computer system. Providers
interested in using Provider TouCHPoint, please contact your
Network Manager.
Beginning May 1, 2008 TCHP will move to Provider TouCHPoint. For
registration information contact your Network Manager or call
