1st Dose Scheduling (Children 5-11 years old)
For children who will be between the ages of 5 years old and 11 years old at the time of the appointment.

1st Dose Scheduling (12 years and older)
For adolescents/adults who will be at least 12 years old at the time of the appointment.
Pfizer Booster Dose Scheduling (Children 5-11 years old))
Pfizer booster shots are available for individuals who are between 5 and 11 years old, are fully vaccinated and received their second shot at least five months ago.
Pfizer Booster Dose Scheduling (12 years and older)
Pfizer booster shots are available for individuals who are fully vaccinated and five months have passed since receiving a second dose:
Pfizer booster shots are also available for persons 18 years and older who received a single dose of the Johnson & Johnson/Janssen vaccine and at least two months have passed.
Moderna Booster Dose Scheduling (18 years and older)
Moderna booster shots are available for individuals who are fully vaccinated and six months have passed since receiving a second dose:

Pfizer Additional Dose Scheduling for immunocompromised persons (5-11 years old)
Pfizer additional vaccine dose is available for children who are fully vaccinated with a Pfizer vaccine, and 28 days have passed since receiving a second dose:
- Children 5-11 years of age and are considered immune compromised (from a medical condition or treatment).
Pfizer Additional Dose Scheduling for immunocompromised persons (12 years and over)
Pfizer additional vaccine dose is available for adolescents/adults who are fully vaccinated with a Pfizer vaccine, and 28 days have passed since receiving a second dose:
- Adolescents/adults 12 years of age and older and are considered immune compromised (from a medical condition or treatment).
Moderna Additional Dose Scheduling for immunocompromised persons (18 years and over)
Moderna additional vaccine dose is available for individuals who are fully vaccinated with a Moderna vaccine, and 28 days have passed since receiving a second dose:
- Individuals 18 years of age and older and are considered immune compromised (from a medical condition or treatment).
