Though she graduated from Nurse-Family Partnership more than a year ago, she says her nurse Savannah reached out during the ordeal to offer support for her situation.

HOUSTON (Monday, February 28, 2016) – The Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) Family Section will once again offer discounted pricing for families attending Houston Dynamo matches at BBVA Compass Stadium in 2016, the club and TCHP announced today.

Houston - The National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) has awarded Texas Children's Health Plan accreditation status of Accredited.
