Automating Manual Static Fee Schedules on TMHP.com - December 19, 2025 and March 15, 2026

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to inform provider’s staff of the following updates to the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (THMP) fee schedules.
Background:
- The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) manually produces 7 static fee schedules, each with a unique format that differs from the standardized templates used for automated fee schedules.
- This manual process is inefficient and delays the availability of updated fee schedules.
- To streamline operations and enhance efficiency, these reports will be transitioned into an automated process, adopting a standardized format consistent with existing automated fee schedules.
How this impacts providers: TMHP will publish on the Static Fee Schedule web page the updated fee schedules listed below on December 19, 2025 and March 15, 2026.
