Cranial Remolding Orthosis eLearning Now Available

Call to action:
Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) is notifying providers of a new cranial remolding orthosis (CRO) provider training available on the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) Learning Management System (LMS) website.

The training:

  • Covers the expanded CRO policy that went into effect on September 1, 2026, based on House Bill 426 from the 89th Regular Session.
  • Helps providers identify CRO eligibility requirements and review information related to benefits, authorization, and reimbursement.

Registration:

A username and password are required to access training in the LMS.
