Spring is almost here and it’s time to get your family’s health in check! Join us at Texas Children’s Health Plan’s Spring into Wellness Health Fair & 5K Run for some exercise, health resources, and family fun.

9:00 a.m.- 5K Registration Opens
10:00 a.m.: Event Opens

Our celebration will include:
- FREE 5K Run/Walk: The first 200 participants aged 12 years and older will get a T-shirt and bib. All race participants will get a finishing medal!
- Healthy Hub Stations: Get vision, dental, glucose, and blood pressure health screenings.
- Baby Depot Area: Get information on Well-Child Checkups, pregnancy and postpartum health resources, and diapers for babies present at the event.
- Eggstravaganza: Get your baskets ready and join us for an egg hunt (for kids up to 12 years old) and family pictures with the Spring Bunny.
- Application Assistance: Get help with renewing and/or applying for CHIP/Medicaid coverage.
- Family Fun: Enjoy face painting, community resources, giveaways, and more!

Disclaimer:
All health screenings, giveaways, diapers and activities are limited and on a first-come, first-served basis and while supplies last. Event is weather permitting. Parent or guardian must accompany eligible children to receive any health screening or vaccine. Baby or pregnant women must be present to receive diapers. Registration for the 5K opens the morning of the event. Shirts and bibs will be awarded to the first 200 registrants over the age of 12. Finisher medals will be distributed to those participating.
