Reimbursement Rate Updates for Skysona Procedure Code J3590 With U3 Modifier

Attention: All Providers

Call to action: Texas Children's Health Plan (TCHP) would like to inform providers that TMHP is implementing reimbursement rate updates for Skysona (procedure code J3590) with modifier U3 for claims with dates of service from June 1 through December 31, 2025. The rate updates were presented at the public rate hearing on February 10, 2026.

Next step for providers: TMHP will identify and reprocess any claims that have been affected by this update. If there are any adjustments to claims reimbursement amounts, they will appear on future Remittance and Status (R&S) Reports.
