TMHP IAMOnline Training Materials and Custom Reports Portal Transition Updates
Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to update providers on the latest news for TMHP’s IAMOnline platform.
Materials update: There are now updated training materials for the Medicaid Client Portal (MCP) and My Account to include login steps for TMHP IAMOnline. These training materials are available on the TMHP Learning Management System (LMS). Users must have a username and password to access the LMS. To obtain a username and password, click create a new user account on the LMS home page.
Custom reports portal transition update
The Custom Reports online portal application will not transition to the TMHP IAMOnline platform as part of the August 3, 2026, Release 3 transition. TMHP will notify providers in a future article when Custom Reports will transition to TMHP IAMOnline.
