Going to regular visits with your doctor is key to staying health, but finding time to set up appointments can be tough.

We’ve been trying to reach out to you. It looks like you might be due for a visit. We can help you set it up with your doctor!

We are available to help Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m.-7:00 p.m. CT. Hearing-impaired members may reach us by TTY at 7-1-1. (You may call your doctor yourself. If you are not sure who is your doctor, call us at the number above and we can help you!)

Having regular doctor’s visits will keep you healthy and can help prevent more serious health issues in the future. Please schedule your visit soon!
