Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to inform providers that the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) approved payment rates for Financial Management Services Agencies (FMSA) to be effective September 1, 2022. HHSC reviewed FMSA payment rates and methodology as part of the fiscal year 2022 biennial fee review.
