Transportation Update Actualización de transporte

Starting December 15, 2025, SafeRide Health will become the new provider for all member rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits. After this date, Texas Children’s Health Plan will no longer use MTM for Non Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services.

Asthma Reports Now Available on Texas Children’s Link, the Provider Portal

Attention: Primary Care Providers

Providers should monitor the Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) Provider Portal regularly for alerts and updates associated to the COVID-19 event.  TCHP reserves the right to update and/or change this information without prior notice due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 event.

Call to action: TCHP is excited to share that we have added a NEW report to our Provider Portal. You can now locate your Asthma High Risk Reports on Texas Children’s Link. These reports allow users to see PCP member’s risk levels based on asthma medication and utilization.

How this impacts providers:

To access the reports follow these steps:

  1. Select External Sites from the homepage top menu bar
  2. Then select TCHP Provider Tools
  3. Lastly, select Asthma High Risk Reports
