Transportation Update Actualización de transporte

SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.

Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.

SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.

Según tus necesidades, los servicios de transporte pueden incluir vehículos con elevador para sillas de ruedas, camionetas con camilla, minivans o camionetas ambulatorias. Por favor, informa a SRH qué tipo de transporte necesitas al programar tu traslado.

FMSA Training

Attention:  Financial Management Services Agencies (FMSA) Subject:  Training Opportunity Tuesday, March 6, 2018 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. CT Register now https://register.gotowebinar.com/register/2237295444263992834 All current contracted FMSAs with a managed care organization or HHSC must attend this mandatory training. This training is a condensed version of HHSC’s FMSA enrollment training and:
  • Includes an overview of the consumer directed services option
  • Reviews CDS roles and responsibilities
  • Has been tailored to meet the needs of FMSAs that have recently hired new staff or just need to refresh their knowledge
