New Login Process Through TMHPs IAMOnline and Provider MFA Registration

Date: May 5, 2026

Attention: Providers

Effective date: June 12, 2026

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to make providers aware that effective June 12, 2026, the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) will transition to the IAMOnline platform as the new entry point for accessing applications on the TMHP web page.

How this impacts providers: Texas Medicaid providers will set up their TMHP IAMOnline account to manage services, access resources, and perform essential TMHP-related tasks. TMHP IAMOnline uses a single sign-on and has password self-service capabilities. When logging in to TMHP IAMOnline, providers will set their password and register multi-factor authentication (MFA) within seven days of receiving the activation email.

Additional details and activation instructions can be found in TMHPs article “New Login Process for All Texas Medicaid Providers Through TMHP IAMOnline and Provider MFA Registration for Release 1 Transition”, on the TMHP Texas Medicaid webpage.

Portal Applications Affected

The following online portal applications will be transitioned to TMHP IAMOnline on June 12:

  • MedLog
  • Provider Enrollment and Management System (PEMS)
  • Manage IMD Clients
  • Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA)
  • PA on the Portal

Next step for Providers: Providers are encouraged to share this communication with their staff to ensure their IAMOnline account is set up prior to the effective date of June 12, 2026.
