An example of the process for a member to opt in for a reward is outlined below:
  • If a member takes their baby to their well child check, this year they have to go to our site, healthyrewardsprogram.org.
  • Click on Health and Wellness.
  • Click on Well-Child Checkups Reward and then “learn more”.
  • Members must complete the form that is available where they see "redeem" on the reward page and click, submit when ready.
  • The form then routes to the Member Services Department for verification and fulfillment.
How this impacts providers: Providers should encourage members to take advantage of the Healthy Rewards Program benefits/VAS that will help them. Next steps for providers: Providers should share this information with their staff and their TCHP plan members.
