Call to action: The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is notifying all program providers and FMSAs that the waitlist to onboard as an EVV Proprietary System Operator (PSO) is full. Program providers or FMSAs on the waitlist as of Friday, June 23, 2023, will participate in the expedited PSO onboarding session planned between July 15 through Aug. 31.
How this impacts providers: Program providers and FMSAs who submitted an EVV Proprietary Systems Request Form to participate in an Expedited Path Operational Readiness Review (ORR) session by end of day Friday, June 23, will have a slot to onboard between July 15 through Aug. 31, 2023, with their selected previously approved proprietary system. Any missing or inaccurate information on the submitted Request Form will need to be corrected within three business days to avoid losing the ORR slot.
As a reminder:
Program providers and FMSAs who submitted a request after June 23, and are not approved for this Expedited Path ORR session, are required to onboard with HHAeXchange.
Program providers and FMSAs who currently use First Data or DataLogic to submit EVV visits must onboard with HHAeXchange by Oct. 1.
Program providers and FMSAs who are new to EVV must onboard with HHAeXchange no later than Dec. 31.
