    • To access this from Texas Children's® Link, go to External Sites > TCHP Provider Tools > TCHP Batch Claims
  • If you do not already have a Texas Children's® Link account, you can request an account by visiting https://www.texaschildrenshealthplan.org/providers/link-provider-portal

How to check claim status:

Online claim resources

We have how-to videos to assist with claim submission available in the Texas Children’s® Link portal under the quick links section. The quick links section is located at the bottom of the portal homepage.

When can providers begin submitting claims via the portal:

  • As soon as you have access to Texas Children's® Link.

We understand the disruption this matter has caused to your operations. Please know that TCHP is working diligently to resume operations as quickly as possible for our providers. For any immediate concerns, please contact your Provider Relations Liaison or Account Lead.
