Texas Children’s® Link Site Validation Requirements

Attention: Texas Children’s® Link (provider portal) Site Administrators

Site Verification Deadline: October 19, 2026

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to issue a second reminder regarding the Texas Children’s® Link Site Validation Requirements. This requirement is mandated to protect patient privacy; every 6 months Texas Children’s requires that the Site Administrator for each Texas Children’s Link site validates that all current users are still part of its organization. Site administrators are required to complete the biannual site verification process within the provider portal to maintain access and ensure uninterrupted operations.

Communications from TCHP:

  • An email was sent to impacted users that includes step by step instructions on how to complete the validation.
  • All users for your site will see a Site Verification notification upon their initial login during the site verification timeframe (between 9/11/26 and 10/19/26). This notification will display regardless of whether your site has performed verification.
