SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.
Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.
SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.
Según tus necesidades, los servicios de transporte pueden incluir vehículos con elevador para sillas de ruedas, camionetas con camilla, minivans o camionetas ambulatorias. Por favor, informa a SRH qué tipo de transporte necesitas al programar tu traslado.

Subject: Reminder - Enrollment Deadline Extended to October 31, 2018
This is a reminder that the enrollment deadline for Long Term Support Services (LTSS) providers serving MCO members is quickly approaching. Long Term Support Services (LTSS) providers serving MCO members are required to enroll through the Medicaid MCO LTSS provider enrollment process.
To allow sufficient time for application processing, MCO LTSS providers are strongly advised to submit applications as soon as possible.
An MCO LTSS Provider is any provider who provides LTSS services under a specific National Provider Identifier (NPI) and taxonomy combination through Medicaid Managed Care, but does not have an active Texas Provider Identifier (TPI) through TMHP, an Atypical Provider Identifier (API) through this process, or an enrollment through the Department of Aging and Disability Services (DADS) (Legacy).
MCO LTSS providers may obtain an application by submitting a request to MCO_LTSS_Provider_Re-Enrollment@hhsc.state.tx.us. The request must include the provider's business name, tax identification number, NPI, and taxonomy code.
Providers that have completed enrollment and are receiving denials due to non-enrollment should follow the respective MCO’s claims and appeals process or contact the MCO.
