Transportation UpdateActualización de transporte
Starting December 15, 2025, SafeRide Health will become the new provider for all member rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits. After this date, Texas Children’s Health Plan will no longer use MTM for Non Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services.

Call to action: Texas Children’s health Plan would like to make providers aware that revisions to the Electronic Visit Verification Policy Handbook will be published and be effective January 3, 2022.
How this impacts providers: The revisions add clarification to the policies. The attached PDF, EVV Policy Handbook Revisions – January 2022, lists the January 3, 2022 revisions.
