Texas Children's Health Plan will be closed on Monday, September 1st, in observance of Labor Day. In our absence, you can reach our after-hours nurse help line at 1-800-686-3831. We will resume normal business hours on Tuesday, September 2nd. Wishing you a safe and happy Labor Day!

HHAeXchange System Survey Now Available

Date: May 13, 2025

Attention: STAR Kids Providers/Consumer Directed Services employers, and FMSA Providers

Background information: The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) program invites HHAeXchange users to complete the EVV System Enhancement Requests survey. This is an opportunity to provide ideas to improve the HHAeXchange EVV System

Key Details:

The survey should be completed by:

  • Program Providers
  • Financial Management Services Agencies
  • Consumer Directed Services (CDS) employers
  • Service Providers and CDS employees
  • Managed Care Organizations

The EVV System Enhancement Requests Surveyis available through June 30.

Next step for providers: Providers are encouraged to share this communication with staff.
