Starting December 15, 2025, SafeRide Health will become the new provider for all member rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits. After this date, Texas Children’s Health Plan will no longer use MTM for Non Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services.

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to invite providers to attend our upcoming CME - Optimizing Prenatal Care: Immunizations and Managing Infections During Pregnancy on November 20, 2025 from 5:30pm – 7:00pm. Provided by Texas Children’s Hospital.

Target Audience: Physicians and other health care providers

Objectives:

  1. Understand the current immunization guidelines for pregnant women and the evidence supporting maternal vaccination.
  2. Recognize common infections in pregnancy and their potential complications, and apply evidence-based practices for treatment and prevention.
  3. Incorporate prenatal immunization and infection management strategies into clinical practice to optimize maternal and fetal health outcomes.
