Due Date: Training Webinar: March 19, 2021 & Cost Survey: Due April 19, 2021Providers should monitor the Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) Provider Portal regularly for alerts and updates associated to the COVID-19 event. TCHP reserves the right to update and/or change this information without prior notice due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 event.Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to make FMSAs aware of a cost survey with a due date of April 19, 2021. The Health and Human services Commission (HHSC) Provider Finance Department has contracted with Deloitte Consulting to administer a cost survey for all FMSAs providing administrative supports for individuals receiving services through the Consumer Directed Services option, either through fee-for-service or managed care.In support of the survey, HHSC and Deloitte Consulting are hosting a cost survey training webinar to assist providers with completing the cost survey on Friday, March 19th at 9:00 AM.
