SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.
Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.
SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.

TCHP reserves the right to update and/or change this information without prior notice due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 event.Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to make FMSAs aware of a cost survey with a due date of April 19, 2021. The Health and Human services Commission (HHSC) Provider Finance Department has contracted with Deloitte Consulting to administer a cost survey for all FMSAs providing administrative supports for individuals receiving services through the Consumer Directed Services option, either through fee-for-service or managed care.In support of the survey, HHSC and Deloitte Consulting are hosting a cost survey training webinar to assist providers with completing the cost survey on Friday, March 19th at 9:00 AM. The Webinar Registration is available online at https://attendee.gotowebinar.com/register/7013965407030270733.How this impacts providers:The cost survey is available to download on the Provider Finance Website.
