Age Restriction to be Updated in the TMPPM for Hympavzi

Call to action: Texas Children's Health Plan (TCHP) would like to inform providers that on October 1, 2026, the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) will update the Texas Medicaid Provider Procedures Manual (TMPPM), Outpatient Drug Services Handbook, section 6.61.6, “Hympavzi (Marstacimab-hncq),” to align the age restriction with the restriction on the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) label.

The age for Hympavzi (marstacimab-hncq) (procedure code J7172) will be updated from 12 years of age or older to 6 years of age or older.
