SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.
Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.

Según tus necesidades, los servicios de transporte pueden incluir vehículos con elevador para sillas de ruedas, camionetas con camilla, minivans o camionetas ambulatorias. Por favor, informa a SRH qué tipo de transporte necesitas al programar tu traslado.

TCHP reserves the right to update and/or change this information without prior notice due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 event.Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to inform network Behavioral Health providers of a recent survey the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is hosting on behalf of The Statewide Behavioral Health Coordinating Council (SBHCC). The SBHCC wants to learn what people think about the way behavioral health services and supports are provided in Texas. The survey responses will help them update the Statewide Behavioral Health Strategic Plan. The SBHCC is seeking input from people who have used behavioral health services in Texas, their families/caregivers, providers, and service agencies and organizations. Survey responses are anonymous and the survey is available in English and Spanish. Here is a link to the survey.
