SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.

Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.

SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.

Calendar Year 2024 EVV Proprietary System Request Form Submission Deadline July 15, 2024

Attention: STAR Kids Providers/Consumer Directed Services employers, and FMSA Providers

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan would like to share that Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) is notifying program providers and financial management services agencies (FMSAs) who are interested in the opportunity to participate and complete the Proprietary System Operator (PSO) Onboarding process this calendar year (2024) that they must submit a Proprietary System (PS) Request Form by July 15, 2024.

The PS Request Form can be submitted at any time, but available spots are limited and determined by the PS Request Form submission date. After submission, the program provider or FMSA will be added to the PSO Onboarding waitlist.
