REMINDER: Texas Children’s® Link provider portal Password Requirement

Attention: Texas Children’s® Link Users
Go live date: October 1, 2026
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Beginning October 1, 2026, Texas Children’s® Link provider portal users are required to reset their passwords every 90 days in accordance with the Texas Children’s password policy.
If your password is more than 90 days old, you will be prompted to create a new password upon login. Take steps now to avoid delays in accessing the Provider Portal and disrupting your daily operations, we encourage you to update your password before October 1, 2026.

Security challenge questions are required to reset your password. If you have not yet set them up, please log in to your account, reset your password, and configure your security challenge questions. Click here for instructions. Act now, if your password expires and you are unable to reset it using your security challenge questions, restoring access may take up to 72 hours.
