Call to action: The purpose of this communication is to inform providers of updates made to the 835 Explanation of Benefits (EOB) Crosswalk Table effective April 28, 2025.

How this impacts providers: Providers can access the crosswalk table under HIPAA Reference Codes in the Technical Information section on TMHP’s Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) web page.
