Automating Manual Static Fee Schedules on TMHP.com - December 19, 2025 and March 15, 2026

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to inform provider’s staff of the following updates to the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (THMP) fee schedules.

Background:

• The Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) manually produces 7 static fee schedules, each with a unique format that differs from the standardized templates used for automated fee schedules.
• This manual process is inefficient and delays the availability of updated fee schedules.
• To streamline operations and enhance efficiency, these reports will be transitioned into an automated process, adopting a standardized format consistent with existing automated fee schedules.

How this impacts providers: TMHP will publish on the Static Fee Schedule web page the updated fee schedules listed below on December 19, 2025 and March 15, 2026.

TMHP will remove the fee schedules listed below from the Static Fee Schedule web page on December 19, 2025.

*The procedure codes that are listed in the Rehabilitative Services – Mental Health fee schedule are available in the PRCR424C - Case Management and Rehabilitative Services – Mental Health fee schedule.

**The Pharmacy (non-DME) Dispensing Fee will continue to be available on the Vendor Drug Program (VDP) website.
