Reward
- $25 reward card per semester for getting an attendance record of 95% or higher by the end of the school year (Limit of 2 reward cards per school year).
- $25 reward card per semester for getting a GPA of 3.5 or greater by the end of the school year (Limit of 2 reward cards per school year).
How do I claim my extra benefit?
Click on the “Redeem” button below to enter your information and required documentation for each reward in order to receive your reward card in the mail.
Who is eligible?
CHIP, STAR and STAR Kids members in grades 9th through 12th with perfect school attendance records and/or GPA of 3.5 or greater by the end of the school year.
What service area is this benefit available in?
Harris, Jefferson and Northeast service areas.
