SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.
Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.
SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.
Según tus necesidades, los servicios de transporte pueden incluir vehículos con elevador para sillas de ruedas, camionetas con camilla, minivans o camionetas ambulatorias. Por favor, informa a SRH qué tipo de transporte necesitas al programar tu traslado.

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) invites you to join our quarterly Provider Advisory Group (PAG). We will hold our next round of sessions later this month and dates are based on Service Delivery Area (SDA) as described above. Click here if you are not sure of your SDA. Sessions will be held online as a Microsoft Teams live event and will not begin until after regular business hours as to not conflict with your operations.

What to Expect: Our PAG will be a town hall for all network providers in each SDA for TCHP to present on important topics. You will have an opportunity to receive updates quarterly and provide feedback to TCHP on healthcare industry topics and learn more about your TCHP resources. PAG session participants include TCHP providers and staff. We value your opinion and are looking forward to hearing from you!
