Transportation UpdateActualización de transporte
Starting December 15, 2025, SafeRide Health will become the new provider for all member rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits. After this date, Texas Children’s Health Plan will no longer use MTM for Non Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services.
For other questions, please call Member Services at the number on the back of your member ID card.

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) invites you to join our quarterly Provider Advisory Group (PAG). We will hold our next round of sessions next month and dates are based on Service Delivery Area as described above. Click here if you are not sure of your Service Delivery Area. Sessions will be held online as a Microsoft Teams event and begin at 12:00PM (Noon) until 1:30PM CST.

What to Expect: Our PAG will be a town hall for all network providers in each SDA for TCHP to present on important topics. You will have an opportunity to receive updates quarterly and provide feedback to TCHP on healthcare industry topics and learn more about your TCHP resources. PAG session participants include Texas Children’s Health Plan Providers and staff. We value your opinion and are looking forward to hearing from you!
