UPDATE: Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) Will have a Delayed Start Date

IMPORTANT UPDATE: We originally announced that Real-Time Eligibility (RTE) functionality would be available beginning on Monday July 28, 2025, allowing you to check your patients (or TCHP member’s) eligibility status in real time.

However, the launch has been delayed. Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) Application Development team discovered new issues during the testing phase that must be addressed before we can move forward. We are currently re-evaluating the implementation timeline and will provide an updated launch date as soon as possible.

We apologize for the inconvenience this delay brings to your practice operations.
