Description:

Healthy habits must start early for the benefits to last a lifetime. To promote healthy activities, Texas Children’s Health Plan invites you to get active and learn fun new skills at our sports clinics!

Reward:

Free registration for sports clinics, which may include:

  • Soccer
  • Taekwondo
  • Ballet
  • Baseball
  • Football
  • Basketball
  • Bike safety

How do I claim my extra benefit?

You will receive an invitation to the sports clinic by email or a mailer sent to your home. You are required to register to attend. Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis. For more information, please check out our member events page on our website!

Who is eligible?

CHIP, STAR, and STAR Kids members from 3 to 18 years old.

What service area is this benefit available in?

Harris service area.
