Extracurricular Activity Fee Assistance
Description:
Extracurricular activities such as sports, art and music can provide important emotional and physical support for children. We help cover the fee of any extracurricular activity that you sign up for!
Reward*:
Reward card for up to $50 when you sign up for any extracurricular activity in a school or community program, such as Boys and Girls Clubs of America or BakerRipley. Limited to the following categories: Sports, exercise classes, camps, educational classes, aquatics, art, reading, music or dance.
How do I claim my extra benefit?
- Log into your MyChart account. New to MyChart? Set up an account here.
- Under “Menu”, go to “Resources”
- Click on "Healthy Rewards Program" and complete the request form for this reward.

*This reward can be requested up to 30 days after the end of the eligible year (September 1, 2025–August 31, 2026) and is limited to one per member, per eligible year.
