Transportation Update Actualización de transporte

SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.

Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.

SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.

Según tus necesidades, los servicios de transporte pueden incluir vehículos con elevador para sillas de ruedas, camionetas con camilla, minivans o camionetas ambulatorias. Por favor, informa a SRH qué tipo de transporte necesitas al programar tu traslado.

Fitness Center Membership Fee Assistance

Description:

Physical activity can improve mental health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and more. Texas Children’s Health Plan wants to help cover the membership fee of the fitness center that you join!

Reward*:

Reward card for up to $50 when you sign up for a membership to a fitness center.

How do I claim my extra benefit?

  1. Log into your MyChart account. New to MyChart? Set up an account here.
  2. Under “Menu”, go to “Resources”
  3. Click on "Healthy Rewards Program" and complete the request form for this reward.
  4. Click here to view a step-by-step guide on how to request your reward in MyChart.

*This reward can be requested up to 30 days after the end of the eligible year (September 1, 2025–August 31, 2026).
