Physical activity can improve mental health, help manage weight, reduce the risk of disease, strengthen bones and muscles, and more. Texas Children’s Health Plan wants to help cover the membership fee of the fitness center that you join!

Under “Menu”, go to “Resources”
Click on "Healthy Rewards Program" and complete the request form for this reward. Who is eligible for this benefit?
