Annual Notice of Changes 2026-2027
In an effort to always do better for our members, every year we make updates to our Healthy Rewards Program.
The table below compares the changes to our Healthy Rewards Program that will take effect on September 1, 2026. Please note this is only a summary of changes. Healthy Pregnancy

Image  Prenatal Visit Reward | $25 reward card when you complete at least one prenatal visit during your first trimester or within 42 days of enrolling with Texas Children’s Health Plan. Reward can be requested up to 30 days after the end of the eligible year. Eligible members: CHIP, STAR, and STAR Kids pregnant members who complete at least one prenatal visit during their first trimester of pregnancy or within 42 days of enrollment with Texas Children’s Health Plan. | Members who complete a prenatal visit during their first trimester or within 42 days of enrolling with Texas Children’s Health Plan are eligible to redeem a $50 reward card. Image  Cervical Cancer Screening Reward | $25 reward card when you complete a cervical cancer screening during your annual well-woman exam. Reward can be requested up to 30 days after the end of the eligible year. Eligible members: STAR members ages 21 to 64 who are not pregnant and are screened for cervical cancer during the eligible year. | $50 reward card for STAR members ages 21 to 64 who are not pregnant and get screened for cervical cancer. Reward can be requested up to 30 days after the end of the eligible year. Eligible members: New CHIP and STAR members who complete the Health Risk Assessment within 90 days of enrollment. | $10 reward card for new members who complete the Health Risk or Health Needs Assessment within 90 days of joining Texas Children’s Health Plan. Most of our rewards must now be claimed in the member’s Texas Children’s MyChart portal. To login or request access to MyChart, click here.
