Automating Manual Static Fee Schedules on TMHP.com

Date: December 19, 2025

Attention: All Providers

Effective dates: December 19, 2025 and March 15, 2026

Background: Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) manually produces 7 static fee schedules, each with a unique format that differs from the standardized templates used for automated fee schedules. This manual process is inefficient and delays the availability of updated fee schedules. To streamline operations and enhance efficiency, these reports will be transitioned into an automated process, adopting a standardized format consistent with existing automated fee schedules.

Call to action: Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) will publish on the Static Fee Schedule web page the updated fee schedules listed below on December 19, 2025 and March 15, 2026.
