Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) Proprietary System Operator (PSO) 2026 Onboarding Schedule is Now Available
Date: December 1, 2025
Attention: Program Providers, Financial Management Services Agency (FMSAs) Providers and Consumer Directed Services (CDS) Employers
Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to let providers know Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) has published the PSO 2026 Onboarding schedule to the TMHP EVV Proprietary Systems webpage.
Background: An EVV proprietary system is an approved EVV system to exchange EVV data with the EVV Aggregator that a Program Provider or Financial Management Services Agency (FMSA) may use instead of the state provided EVV System. Program Providers or FMSAs must submit an electronic EVV Proprietary System Request Form to enter the PSO onboarding process.
Key Details: The Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) encourages Program Providers and FMSAs who wish to become a PSO to submit an electronic Proprietary System (PS) Request Form. The PS Request Form can be submitted at any time. Refer to the Accessing the EVV Portal for Program Providers and FMSAs job aid for more information.
If you previously provided a PS Request Form and have confirmed with TMHP that you are still interested in becoming a PSO, then you are not required to submit an additional form. If your submitted PS Request Form is in a “Completed” status in the EVV Portal, you will be given the opportunity to onboard next calendar year (2026). Please continue to check the status of your submitted PS Request Form in the portal. Email the TMHP EVV PSO for questions.
