SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.

Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.

February 2026 TMPPM Update for Colony Stimulating Factors

Effective date: February 1, 2026

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) informs providers that on February 1, 2026, the Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) will update the “Colony Stimulating Factors (Filgrastim and Pegfilgrastim)” section of the Texas Medicaid Provider Procedures Manual (TMPPM), Outpatient Drug Services Handbook to add efbemalenograstim alfa-vuxw (procedure code J9361), which is a granulocyte colony stimulating factor.

Procedure code J9361 is restricted to clients who are 18 years of age or older.
