HHSC Published the Financial Compliance Report Overview Presentation and the Financial Compliance Report Instructions

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to inform providers that Health and the Human Services Commission (HHSC) Provider Finance Department (PFD) has published the Financial Compliance Report Overview Presentation on the PFD Financial Compliance Report Informationwebpage. 

The purpose of the presentation: The presentation provides an overview of the Financial Compliance Report and information on the State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2025-2029 Financial Compliance Reporting requirements for the following.

  • Long-term Services and Supports (LTSS)
  • Medicaid and non-Medicaid programs
  • Payment Adequacy Provisions introduced in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Ensuring Access to Medicaid ServicesFinal Rule

Additional resource: HHSC PFD has also published the Financial Compliance Report Instructions on the LTSS Report Program Specific Instructions and Resources webpage to assist providers with completing the Financial Compliance Reports.
