Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to inform providers that Health and the Human Services Commission (HHSC) Provider Finance Department (PFD) has published the Financial Compliance Report Overview Presentation on the PFD Financial Compliance Report Informationwebpage.
The purpose of the presentation: The presentation provides an overview of the Financial Compliance Report and information on the State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2025-2029 Financial Compliance Reporting requirements for the following.

Payment Adequacy Provisions introduced in the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services’ (CMS) Ensuring Access to Medicaid ServicesFinal Rule
