Introducing Zelis as new Payment Vendor

Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) is excited to announce that we are in the process of onboarding a new payment vendor, Zelis. In the coming weeks TCHP will provide further details on the go-live date for the transition.

This change will affect all providers regardless of your payment history with TCHP. It includes both paper and electronic funds transfer payments. Please note, providers can continue receiving their TCHP payments in the existing format that they prefer. With the new vendor, TCHP will be able to increase claims payments from weekly to bi-weekly.
