Attention: All Providers
Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) is pleased to announce a new enhancement to the Texas Children’s® Link provider portal that gives providers and authorized staff convenient access to historical Explanation of Payment (EOP) documents.
What’s New?
Providers can now search for, view, and download historical EOP documents previously managed through Change Healthcare (CHC/Optum), covering October 2015 through July 2024.
This enhancement provides secure, self-service access to historical EOP documents directly through Texas Children’s® Link.
Accessing Historical EOPs
To access historical EOPs through Texas Children’s® Link:
- Sign in to Texas Children’s® Link using your credentials.
- Select External Sites.
- Select TCHP Provider Tools.
- Select Provider EOPs to access historical EOP documents.
Providers can search for EOPs using:
- Tax ID
- Provider Name
- Claim Number
- Check Number
- Check Date
Search results are automatically limited to the Tax ID(s) associated with the provider’s assigned affiliations.
Viewing and Downloading an EOP
Once you locate the desired EOP, select View EOP. The EOP will automatically download as a PDF to your device.

Sign in to Texas Children’s® Link to access TCHP Provider Tools and begin searching for historical EOPs.
