New TMHP Training Module Available for DME Wheeled Mobility Systems

Date: February 13, 2025

Attention: DME Providers

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to make providers aware of a new training module available from Texas Medicaid & Healthcare Partnership (TMHP) Learning Management System (LMS) for durable medical equipment (DME) wheeled mobility systems that are specific to wheelchairs.

How this impacts providers: Providers can access this training by following these steps:

  1. Log into the LMS using an existing account, or sign up to create a new account.
  2. Search and select the training in the LMS to access it in a separate web browser.

New LMS users can access materials and take courses immediately after they register. Providers can always access computer-based training and additional training materials on the LMS.

Next step for Providers: Applicable providers are encouraged to register and attend the training and utilize the LMS for additional training of interest.
