SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.

Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.

SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.

RSV Season and Synagis Prior Authorization Ends On Schedule for All Health Service Regions

Call to action: Vendor Drug Program (VDP) will end the 2025-26 respiratory syncytial virus season for all health service regions as scheduled. MCOs like Texas Children’s will no longer accept or review Synagis prior authorization requests once the region has closed. 2025-26 RSV Season Schedule

Background: Human Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) causes respiratory tract infections and severe lung disease in infants and children. Synagis (palivizumab) is available for children with a high risk of infection.
