Call to action: The purpose of this communication is to inform you that Governor, Greg Abbott has issued a state of emergency due to the severe weather conditions including heavy rainfall and flash flooding for the following Counties:

Report office and facility closures: If your office or facility experiences a closure due to weather conditions in your area, please notify your assigned Account Lead or Provider Relations Liaison as soon as possible. You can find your assigned Provider Relations contact information on the Texas Children's Health Plan Meet Our Team page. Prompt notification helps Texas Children's Health Plan communicate timely updates and minimize disruptions to member access to care.

Member assistance: If your office or facility is closed and you need to locate care for a patient, please use the Texas Children's Health Plan online provider directory to find an in-network provider. Access the provider directory here: Find a Provider.
