Call to action: The purpose of this communication is to inform you that Governor, Greg Abbott has issued a state of emergency due to the severe weather conditions including heavy rainfall and flash flooding for the following Counties:

Prompt notification helps Texas Children's Health Plan communicate timely updates and minimize disruptions to member access to care.
