Texas Children’s® Health Plan invites you to get active and learn basic Tae Kwon Do moves and techniques from expert Black Belt Masters at our TKD clinic while learning about healthy lifestyles.
At our Tae Kwon Do clinics participants will learn:
Basic self-defense moves and techniques
How to kick, block, punch and break boards
How to stay fit and make healthy food choices
Giveaways and more!
