Texas Children's Health Plan will be closed on Thursday, December 25th and Thursday, January 1st in observance of the holidays. In our absence, you can reach our after-hours nurse help line at 1-800-686-3831. We will resume normal business hours on Friday, January 2nd. Wishing you a safe and happy holiday season!

Transportation Update Actualización de transporte

SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.

Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.

SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.

Según tus necesidades, los servicios de transporte pueden incluir vehículos con elevador para sillas de ruedas, camionetas con camilla, minivans o camionetas ambulatorias. Por favor, informa a SRH qué tipo de transporte necesitas al programar tu traslado.

At our Sun, Fun and Wellness event, you can:

Enjoy all of the fun rides, pools and splash areas of Typhoon Texas Waterpark.
Learn about the importance of sun safety.
Get resources on how to have a more active lifestyle.
Learn how better nutrition can help you and your family stay healthy.

Registration is now closed.

Before You Register, Please Note:

All members MUST register ahead of the event.
Members are required to provide their Medicaid ID in order to register for the event. Registrations without and/or wrong member’s Medicaid ID number will NOT be processed and will VOID registration.
No confirmation e-mails will be sent to members with wrong and/or no Medicaid ID numbers supplied.
Two guests per household are allowed to attend the event. Additional family members wanting to attend the waterpark on the same day can purchase tickets at the door for $21 per person while Texas Children’s health Plan is on-site checking in members.

Event is open to active Texas Children’s Health Plan members and their families only. Space is limited. We reserve the right to close registration as needed. Early arrival is suggested to enjoy all of the activities at the waterpark. Weather permitting. Those eligible to attend the event must arrive to the waterpark while Texas Children’s Health Plan is onsite to check you in.
