Reminder to Utilize Inovalon’s Converged Provider Enablement (CPE)

Texas Children's Health Plan (TCHP) would like to remind primary care providers of an upcoming change to Gap in Care report access.
Beginning in October 2026, primary care provider offices will access their individual Gap in Care reports through Inovalon's Converged Provider Enablement (CPE) platform, available through Texas Children's® Link provider portal.
Provider Action Needed
To ensure a smooth transition, TCHP strongly encourages provider offices to familiarize themselves with the Inovalon CPE platform prior to October 2026.
Through CPE, providers can:
- Access downloadable Gap in Care reports for assigned TCHP members.
- Identify opportunities to address care gaps and improve quality outcomes.
- Support practice operations through enhanced reporting capabilities.
