Transportation Update Actualización de transporte

SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.

Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.

SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.

Según tus necesidades, los servicios de transporte pueden incluir vehículos con elevador para sillas de ruedas, camionetas con camilla, minivans o camionetas ambulatorias. Por favor, informa a SRH qué tipo de transporte necesitas al programar tu traslado.

Individual Service Plans (ISPs) are now available from the Provider Portal!

Attention: Financial Management Service Agencies (FMSA) Providers

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) is pleased to announce that our STAR Kids member’s Individual Service Plans (ISPs) are now available from the provider portal. Revisions to ISPs related to the provider rate changes were completed on December 30, 2023 and FMSAs can use this link below to access them.

Steps for accessing the ISPs are as follows:

  1. Tapestry Link user logs into Texas Children’s® Link.  Accessible here https://epiccarelink.texaschildrens.org/EpicCareLink/common/epic_login.asp

  2. Select a patient. Either from Search My Patients or Search All Patients.
















  3. Click on Chart Review Media tab.














  4. Click on the hyperlink under the Scan Date/Time column to open the SAI, ISP, or SK-SAI MDCP Form 2605.










  5. Click on the hyperlink to open the document.
