Transportation Update Actualización de transporte

SafeRide Health (SRH) is the new provider for all NEMT rides to doctor appointments and pharmacy visits.

Depending on your needs, rides may include wheelchair-lift-equipped vehicles, stretcher vans, minivans, or ambulatory vans. Please let SRH know what type of ride you need when scheduling.

SafeRide Health (SRH) es el nuevo proveedor de todos los servicios de transporte médico que no son de emergencia (NEMT, por sus siglas en inglés) hacia consultas médicas y farmacias.

Update on Vaccine Administration Procedure Codes

Attention: All Providers

Call to action: Texas Children’s Health Plan (TCHP) would like to inform providers that a recent claims processing issue affecting certain vaccine administration codes has been identified and resolved.

Between January 1, 2025 to February 14, 2025, claims vaccine administration codes (90460, 90471, 90472, 90473, or 90474) were denied due to the vaccine procedure code being denied by DVC08, DCS110 and DCS209.

The claims will now be reprocessed, allowing the system to read the claim history and prevent further denials of the vaccine administration.
